Booked a queen room with a view online and loved it. The hotel has a comfortable atmosphere.- The central location of the hotel near Gran Via metro, stores, attractions, and restaurants is perfect.

Situated right in front of a subway station, it was very convenient, and the guest room had an amazing view.

We liked the breakfast with excellent fresh juices and found it to be perfect. Our guest room included a safe, central heating, and a work desk. The location was incredibly comfortable, just 5 minutes walk from a huge plaza.

The breakfast here was top-notch. My twin room was a nice size and the bathroom was big too. Plus, the location was great - there's even a lovely urban park nearby! 🌳

The location was marvellous for my stay, 400 metres from a vast pedestrianized public square. Everything was perfect, nonetheless a few employees were not particularly helpful. The breakfast was perfect with excellent fresh juices, the overall atmosphere was comfortable.

Conveniently located near a train station, with bus and taxi options right outside. Requested room change and got a stunning view on the 8th floor. Enjoyed the presence of a bidet in the toilet. Friendly and accommodating staff. Great breakfast view on lively Gran Via street.

Let's start.. the hotel is great located, the hotel employees are great and very friendly. I liked the detail of the staff in letting me take a tray with what I wanted for my partner's breakfast. Pretty comfortable bathroom.

The parking lot (not the hotel) is only one street away but it is quite expensive despite the small discount for staying at the hotel. The room to be a double superior and have a high cost has nothing to wish, has a mini bar something concise, comfortable shower tray but lacked a bathtub to relax, the bed seemed to be on wheels because with the slightest movement moved too, with respect to breakfast ... could improve a lot, there are hotels with lower category and very good breakfast! In short, a normal room with or without a view of the city is enough, it is not necessary to spend a pasture in a superior one only for 4 soft drinks and a teapot.
